I love
habits if you did not already know! I used to be a huge fan of self-help and productivity thanks to the studyblr and studygram communities. I am a lot less "sigma grindset" and realistic with my choices now, which I appreciate for my sanity. Plus, I enjoy putting what I learn in psychology class and books into practice! I keep track of all my habits in my daily reflective journal!
